My client, a leading full service digital agency are looking for an Associate Creative Director to join them.

Part of a wider network and with offices internationally in London, Hamburg, Berlin, Warsaw and New York this is a very well established and highly regarded agency.

With over 20 years of experience developing award-winning digital work for clients, from complex Web platforms and Internet campaigns to social media, search, CGI motion animation and NPD digital innovation projects this is an exciting agency to be a part of who are creating award winning and talked about work.

As Associate Creative Director you will be working with a Creative Director and managing a team of around 4 designers.


You'll be responsible for supporting the Creative Director in managing a growing creative department, whilst leading multiple digital creative projects for clients within the automotive and FMCG industries.

You will have experience as an Art Director, having worked on big web platforms and experience design.

*Lead creative work including concept/design and interactive/web/video motion graphics.
*Ensure the creative function operates in an efficient, profitable manner.
*Maintain focus on high quality creative output, upholding high standards for him/herself and others.
*Promote individual professional development.
*Build and develop a creative culture, one that will infuse the entire company.
*Help the CD to direct departmental activities, including allocating work, planning and providing day-to-day guidance/mentorship.
*Manage art direction, design, copywriting, with an awareness of UX and creative tech.
*Write and present cohesive, persuasive rationales for campaign projects, internally and in pitches.
*Manage creativity from concept to completion.
*Judge creative concepts, and clearly communicate creative direction to others.
*Deliver strategic communication solutions that help our clients attain their marketing and communications objectives.
*Gain sufficient insight into client commercial context, marketing goals and other information to arrive at compelling strategic brand concepts.
