An amazing opportunity has arisen for an Account Director to work at a highly successful top 5 agency, who has seen huge growth both in billings and staff in recent years. Growth has not prevented retention of a small agency culture and they actively promote staff training and development with best in class training programs

The successful Account Director will be working with a tightly knit department responsible for both the planning and buying of all audio visual media: TV, VOD, cinema, radio and OOH

You will be part of a team of 4, and you would have an Account Exec & Account Manager reporting directly to you who you'd be responsible for training and developing, with you in turn reporting into a Group Account Director

What will you be doing?

*Required to act as day to day senior TV, VOD, Cinema, Radio, media promotions contact on all AV implementation
*Ensure that client guarantees / PRFs / audits are met and ensure service levels are of a high standard
*Accurately track cost and quality delivery in order to deliver each client's guarantees / PRFs.
*Ultimate responsibility for all areas of day to day campaign management through from initial brief to post campaign performance reviews
*Develop strong relationship with the client team at an appropriate level, and be the main AV contact for clients
*Develop and demonstrate an understanding of the client's industry sector, their competitors and the general industry environment
*Fulfilling the role remit of a Manager through inspirational leadership and management of team members (both client team and coordination team), ensuring full engagement and motivation at all times
*Identification of all learning and development needs for all team members, ensuring needs are fed into training coordinators

What have you done in the past?

*Deep understanding of TV, VOD, Cinema & Radio trading and marketplace
*Proven team management and leadership experience
*Strategic client management experience
*Good experience of working with auditors
*High level of commercial awareness
*Detailed topical knowledge of relevant media news and developments
*Experience in late money negotiation
*Experience in new business pitches would be useful but not essential
*Advanced skills in Powerpoint, Excel, Word and on systems including DDS, Advantedge, Parameter Guide, Salesedge, Webkarma, TV Planner, K2, RACE, J-ET and Deal Managers
*Creative, open mind and able to 'think outside the box.'
