Business Director - Planning - Gaming Brand
A fantastic opportunity for an Business Director to join a major media agency, which is part of the large global group. The role would be working with a major UK gaming client, on 2 of their brands, looking to transform their image with massively innovative campaigns, working closely alongside the creative team.
Often ranked one of the highest agencies in the industry, they work with a large number of genuinely exciting accounts, covering FMCG, Automotive and Entertainment among others.
Role autonomy is given to employees, with the benefit of being part of a larger network of agencies for support. The soft benefits are known to be some of the best among the industry.
*Evolving the brand into a stronger challenger brand which will involve repositioning the brand, finding ways to leverage their sports sponsorship, and developing a new brand activation strategy
*Lead communications planning, integrate planning with the clients in-house marketing effectiveness teams, manage the integrated planning process for all agencies and the client,
*Responsible for refreshing their brand this year in order to maintain their lead as one of the leading finance brands
*Working closely with the Heads Of Marketing and Marketing Managers across day to day operations
*Presenting communication strategies and plans
*Working closely with the client's Marketing Effectiveness teams to define KPIs, test and learn approaches
*Financial management and driving for revenue and project
*Overseeing performance based optimisation and delivery of client's business and communications KPIs
*Managing team integration and development, inspiration and productivity
*Already working as a Senior Account Director or Business Director
*Capability to lead a Communications Planning team
This is a great opportunity to work across 2 extremely well known and admired brands, leading a Comms Planning team. The clients are very receptive to new ideas, which will allow the right person to thrive in this role, with full autonomy given.
