Comms Planning Manager / Director

My client is one of the most unique, forward-thinking agency set ups in the UK!

As agencies adapt to the ever changing media landscape and the needs of consumers and clients it becomes more important that they are agile, adopt an entrepreneurial nature and truly understand the digital communications. My client was born in the digital age and combine the media might of one of the UK's leading media networks and … a truly integrated offering.

They benefit from the best-in-class training & development programmes, resources and media buying might offered by being part of a network and yet the creative breadth of being affiliated with a top creative agency.

A number of their senior level staff have made the move from larger network agencies as they were keen to have more of an impact on the work and be closer to the creative in order to truly affect the output.

This role would be working on the agency's flagship client and due to the magnitude of the client it leads to a great deal of senior level visibility and unrivalled opportunity for career progression. You will be reporting directly into the BD on the account and offered the chance to really shape the account and be exposed to very senior level client conversations.

Key responsibilities:
*Provide leadership and direction to the client
*Own the relationships with each of the key Brand Managers
*Work with the agency's Chief Strategy Officer to identify key audience insights that drive responses.
*The ability to create exciting campaigns that get people talking
*Play a pivotal role in helping the client in the development of their objectives, by understanding the challenges and opportunities in their sector. Give strategic input into the planning and execution of the plans to support these objectives
*Produce and execute campaigns that use media creatively through to media partnership
*To develop and maintain senior client relationships.

Key skills:
*Cross-channel media agency experience
*Strong digital knowledge
*An ability to work within a team and develop inter agency relationships
*Confident self-starter with the ability to motivate others
*A willingness to take on big challenges
*Able to approach business problems laterally and strategically

If you are keen to really grow your career within a leading London agency where you will not just be a cog in a large wheel but can truly have an impact, this is a great opportunity. It offers the chance to create award winning work and play a pivotal role in the long term vision of a huge brand.

Even if this role is not right for you but you know someone who may be a good please do get in touch as you can still benefit from a £250 referral fee.
