Creative Producer

My client, a London based agency are seeking a Producer to work on an exciting new campaign. The project involves a large number of photography and film shoots across Europe as well as working alongside the creative team in London.

You will play a key role within a small creative team and be involved in all aspects of the campaign production, from the initial organisation and pre production stages to travelling to shoots, overseeing the onsite execution and then working in the office to help the manage the delivery of the content, juggling various key stakeholders.

It's an extensive and exciting role where each day is different and no shoot the same. The perfect candidate is someone who has already worked as a creative producer or project manager in a social media or creative agency successfully delivering branded content campaigns.


*Play a lead role within the planning, implementation and delivery of video edits and photography to sit
across digital and social
*Maintain project schedules, resolve problems and mitigate risks, ensure deadlines are met
*Plan content requirements and manage internal and external asset production
*Develop relationships with key decision-makers on both the client side and with external suppliers and
*Provide regular updates on project status, accounting for project costs, time and budget
*Add value in creative reviews and suggest ways of bringing work to life
*Work with internal project management to ensure that consistency and quality is delivered across the
*Manage a range of key stakeholders, from 3rd party production companies, talent, the internal
creative and accounts teams and the client.

You will be reporting directly into the Creative Director and working closely with the Art Director, Designer and Copywriter.

Your initial focus will be executing 1 core pan European campaign, however, with a wide variety of clients there will be a strong opportunity for you to evolve your role into a full time position, working across a number of different projects.
