Our client is a global leading consumer products company with stunning offices on the West London / Surrey border. Established over 60 years ago and employing nearly 500,000 employees, it is certainly are an impressive brand to work for!

Its UK marketing team is now looking for an experienced Customer Marketing Manager to drive the digital agenda for the business across the region. With an already strong presence within the consumer goods sector, its focus is now to grow its digital sales through both online and retail partnership. Reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing, you will own the customer marketing plan, ensuring that customers and prospects engage with its products and services and that their marketing communication and engagement adds value, encouraging customers to stay with them longer (acquisition + retention).

As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will define the customer marketing and engagement principles for campaigns including contact rules, messaging, tone of voice and branding which forms part of the master Customer Marketing plan. The responsibilities will include introducing new reasons to communicate with its customers whilst working closely with the planning, commercial, retail, experience teams as well as wider CMO and divisional marketing teams to ensure the plans are delivering and campaigning performance improves. Work closely with the customer data division you will ensure the segmentation and targeting is working effectively whilst you continually optimize you approach using insights/stats from the data.

For your application to be successful you will need to have proven customer marketing communications experience from within a B2C consumer marketing environment. You will also need a proven understanding of best practice customer marketing and routes to market, and be commercially focused whilst putting the customer at the heart of every decision.
