Are you a Digital Director with a passion for the Entertainment industry?

I am currently working on one of the most unique Digital Director roles out there. It would be working at one of the UK's leading, full service, independent agencies which is really growing its digital capabilities and has established itself as a market leader in the entertainment space.

My client are looking for a Digital Director with strong cross-channel digital experience from a media agency background to play a pivotal role in managing the digital team and the digital output of the entire agency.

This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in some of the industry's most exciting, awarded digital campaigns whilst working in a very entrepreneurial set up with a great culture built on collaboration. It offers a lot of autonomy and freedom to really put your stamp on something.

Key responsibilities:

*Manage the digital team and help craft their approach to digital
*Managing all digital activity for a number of key accounts
*Help to ensure that digital plays a key role in the media mix and works effectively alongside other channels
*Work in collaboration with members of the relevant account teams and production departments, both internally and externally
*Develop and maintain relationships with key media owners
*Being up to date with key media trends and sharing these with the rest of the agency

Key Skills:

*People management experience
*Proven experience of campaign planning, strategy and budgeting
*Digital media planning, buying and reporting within a media agency environment
*Experience in tracking / trafficking for multiple clients
*Knowledge of ad-serving tools
*Good knowledge of emerging trends within digital, including different programmatic solutions and strategies

If you would like to really help shape the digital department of a leading London agency and work on big budget campaigns which lead to media firsts this will be an exciting opportunity and I would be keen to tell you more.

If this role is not quite right for you, but you know someone who would be well suited we offer a £250 referral scheme so please get in touch and benefit.
