This independent, creative agency prides themselves on being truly unique in their approach. They work with a range of well known clients in FMCG, entertainment and more who are looking for an agency that can really connect with their audience. Based in West London, they are searching for someone to lead and manage key accounts.
As a Group Account Director you must be strategic, commercial and good with numbers as well as offer an opinion! You will be managing a team of 3 as well as a number of key accounts. You need to manage briefs, creative development and production across multiple channels and run the accounts in an efficient manner whilst maintaining high quality and creativity! You need to have full understanding of what is coming through the pipeline, in order to lead and manage the workload across the team to ensure the team is utilised effectively and yet nurturing their growth and development.
The right person will have extensive experience in a client services role within a creative agency, a track record in TV campaigns would be an advantage. You must want to lead strategy and come up with innovative ideas that you can deliver on. Experience managing a team is also an advantage when applying for this role.
