I'm looking for a UX Studio Manager to work in Dublin, Ireland for a leading global provider of systems delivered as software-as-a-service.

You will report into the Head of UX and Design, managing the Senior to Junior UX and UI designers and manage the day to day operations of the UX studio. You'll also work closely with the UX leads, principal user researcher, engineering, product management, product marketing and key stakeholders to ensure the team goes successfully from early stage concepts to launch, following the established end-to-end UX process.


I'm looking for someone with a great track record of managing a UX Design team of at least 15 designers, someone with a track record of mentoring and developing fellow UX'rs would be essential as a big part of this role is managing a talented team.

Soft skills are very important in this role from the usual empathy, determination, passion to communication, organization to manage multiple schedules in one day and prioritize work throughout the day.

I'm looking for a candidate who can completely immerse themselves in the user journey through my clients products, ensuring the user is at the centre of everything you do. Help the UX lead designers run workshops and assist or guide the process through the various stages of UX design process including UX brief, research, wireframing, prototyping, testing and iterating. Organizing and tracking of team hardware, software and licensing. Planning and scheduling the UX team staffing and work.
Mentor, develop, and provide feedback to employees.
