I am currently working a creative agency specialising in entertainment and youth brands. Established in 2009, the agency has grown rapidly since its inception, now calling both London and West USA home. With a hand-picked team that's big in talent and small in egos, my client prides itself on being a company with entertainment in its blood and digital at its heart, driven by a desire to create work that works.

The HTML5 Developer combines experience, market knowledge and input from other digital and creative team members to help create original and innovative campaigns and content. You will create content that is of the highest quality and constantly demonstrate outstanding creativity and production skills. You will contribute to the development of the company's projects as an individual, but also have specific ownership of given projects where required to act as overall production guardian from start to finish. You will share industry experiences with team members through preliminary production planning to delivery on the content to client.

*Reports to the HOD
*Projects will include HTML 5 display campaigns, web and microsite builds and responsive emails
*Communicate information in a concise and professional manner whether in a verbal, written or visual context
*Produce and programme projects from initial ideas through to delivery of assets
*Maintain excellent skills in the main programming languages and design packages
*Deliver high quality production, animation and design at all times
*Effectively time manage yourself
*Liaise with Project Managers, Account Managers and Directors regarding Digital requirements
*When required work as a team with Copywriters, Illustrators, Designers, Account Managers, and Marketing Specialists

Skills required:
*Proficient understanding of web mark-up, including HTML5 and CSS3
*Strong knowledge of web standards
*Good knowledge of ad serving platforms including Sizmek and DoubleClick
*Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
*Good overall sense of digital creativity and innovation
*Strong attention to detail
*Comfortable with team based work structure
*Ability to demonstrate flexibility on the job
*Good organisational skills
*Working knowledge of Creative Suite
*Good understanding of current market trends
*Proven ability to time manage and deliver on schedules
*Relevant degree or qualification preferred but not essential
