One of the UK's leading independent media agencies is looking for an International Account Manager to work on a high profile technology account in the UK and across the North region (Benelux and Scandinavia). Within this position you will be supporting the account director on the strategic thinking and media planning across all media, acting as a key contact for the country heads.
Responsibilities of Account Manager:
*Direct account team activity to ensure appropriate strategy is developed and implemented
*Close interaction with clients; outlining strategy, media ideas, implementation and campaign analysis.
*Maintain an outstanding level of service to clients and manage client relationship
*Develop client business through business understanding and insightful media planning
*Ensures the team delivers value through efficient negotiations
*Collaboration with the data, research, digital, PPC, SEO teams to ensure campaigns are delivered, analysed and measured effectively
*Motivate team to fulfil their potential and understand their responsibility appropriate to their position
*Able to handle several projects at once prioritise effectively and delegate to the team
*Day to day line management responsibility for media assistant
*Keep abreast of outside issues and events and regularly review impact on strategy and client objectives
*Instigate brainstorms to develop the strategic direction of accounts
*In-depth understanding of financial status of account at all times
*International media planning and buying experience across a breadth of media channels
*Experience in Dutch and/ or Scandinavian market
*Strong media knowledge, specifically in digital. OOH and TV
*Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
*Knowledge and understanding of International media surveys such as TGI

*Can demonstrate a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
