It has been a pleasure to assist this agency for some time now, maintaining a strong relationship has allowed us, as a talent acquisition partner, to have great insight to its ongoing success, where its portfolio of diverse and exciting clients has increased significantly, whilst growing its team of multi-disciplinarians at a healthy rate.

As a developer, it is ever more important to be immersed in an environment where you are challenged and supported continuously in a collaborative environment. Similarly so, when working in an agency, one needs to be sure that technology stands at the forefront of any digital delivery, on a case by case basis, the relevant technology needs to be implemented that one will enjoy using, enhancing the challenge of work but at the same time, allowing for one to develop the range of expertise throughout a given development cycle.

Furthermore, one will be expected to work effectively within a fast paced, vibrant agency environment, in collaboration with members of other teams and may often be positioned as the Technical Lead on projects with the expectation that one will be the go to developer for the Technical Director for updates and assurances.

It is also very important to bear in mind that co-location to destinations domestically and internationally will be required as interacting and liaising with internal/external clients as well as clients for the purposes of facilitating project delivery.
