Lead Visual Designer
Source are currently working with an amazing Digital product agency that was founded in 2012 by five ex-leaders of a top digital agency, and decided to set up on their own and create an agency focusing on UX, Tech, Strategy and Design.
They focus across Design, UX and Strategy and are all about process, methodology and practical thinking. They want to create the kind of business that disrupts the traditional agency model - making it something more than just another digital agency.
They create products that make your life better - starting with a belief that is still true: brilliance comes from the basics.
They are a worldwide agency that are extremely well respected within the industry and are leaders at what they do. Their aim: 'stay true to their values and create pixel perfect, strategically minded design'.
As an agency, they genuinely invest in employees and want to get the best from each person - it is a flat hierarchy and everyone is entitled to an opinion and outlook.
They are looking for a Lead Visual Designer to join them and work within their award winning team.
-Working across the whole process, focusing on the visual aesthetic, but must have a methodical and strategic approach to design.
-Design led thinking.
-Working collaboratively with UX and Tech.
-Speaking and coming up with concepts directly with clients and rest of the team, developing products further.
-Need Sketch knowledge - but have to appreciate that things are ever changing and this could evolve.
-Experience designing for product and visual aesthetic to a fine-tune detail.
-Previous experience mentoring a digital team.
-Passionate about design and experienced working within an ever-changing environment.
This is a great time to join an amazing agency who invest in yourself and your future. If you think your skills and experience match up, please do get in touch with your CV and portfolio - or potentially earn yourself £250 if you refer someone!
