Lead Digital Designer

Source LF is currently looking for a great Lead Digital Designer to join a fast growing and well established agency that specialises in Corporate Communications.

They work with great global clients. They have a very creative approach and the level of design and user experience is something really important for them.

You will be joining their Digital team, reporting to the Design Director and working across a wide range of projects including website design, digital branding, microsites and internal communications - intranets, reception screens, video content.

The right candidate:
- Very hands-on
- Creative
- Experience designing large websites
- Client facing
- Experience with pitches
- Working from concept stages up to final delivery
- Great ux understanding
- Responsive design - sites, mobile and tablet
- Interactive design skills - AFX / prototyping
- Mentoring experience
- Experience managing projects
