A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented media planning AD to join this brilliant media agency and take on a key role in a recent new business win of an international retail brand. With the opportunity to help launch the brand into the UK this is a unique opportunity for someone who has a passion for media planning and retail.

Key responsibilities of the role:
* Lead media planning and strategy for this retail brand across all channels, managing a current well known brand and launching a new proposition for the UK market
* You will continuously look for new opportunities within the digital space to ensure your client remains on the front foot and engaging with their audiences through the most appropriate means
* You will develop excellent client relationships and ensure you understand their business needs and challenges
* You will inspire your team and provide strong leadership qualities
* You will play a key role in wider agency initiatives including new business etc.

Key skills required:
* This role requires previous media planning experience to senior media manager level or AD, within a media agency
* You must have previously worked on retail accounts previously and understand their marketplace
* You must have people management experience
* You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing senior client relationships
* You will be strategically minded and forward thinking in your planning, and have knowledge across all media channels including digital and mobile
