*Working with Media Planners/Executives and Company Directors - be the key point of contact and lead the planning outputs
*Oversee team members budget management and accounting
*Responsible for clear and consistent dialogue with client partner agencies (e.g. Creative, PR, Social Media)
*Where relevant input into the wider aspects of the agency and its culture (such as new business, networking and social opportunities)
*To become a trusted partner for clients - building strong relationships - by helping interrogate/reframe the ask to arrive at better and bolder single-minded responses
*Be a key stakeholder in sculpting the strategic direction for client comms and oversee the implementation of these media strategies
*Inspire, guide and manage internal planning team, specialist departments, third party partner agencies and media owners - to create best in class outputs
Knowledge, Skills and Attitude
*Media planning experience
*Excellent understanding of all areas of the media planning process, and relevant channels
*Understanding of relevant research tools (TGI, NMR, TP etc)
*Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*Experience of managing a complex portfolio of client products
*Personable, with first-rate client service, numeracy, written & spoken communication skills
*Ability to quickly and effectively establish working relationships with all client agency partners and the relevant media owners
