My client, A Digital Health agency who are part of a global business are seeking a Project Director to lead complex digital projects and integrated marketing programmes.
Based out of their South London office, this is a great opportunity to work for one of the largest healthcare communications networks in the world, with offices located in 10 countries. My client is creatively driven, media savvy and technology-fueled, their clients engage their services to push them into a new area of healthcare marketing.
*The role of Project Director is primarily an internal role but does include client responsibilities.
*You will need to build a strong collaborative partnership with account handling, taking ownership of project delivery.
*The role requires flexibility, adaptability, a high level or forward-thinking and proactivity.
*Work ranges from B2B portals to responsive consumer websites, mobile apps to microsites, digital strategy engagements to integrated brand launch campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work on some showcase digital projects, but will also be called on to apply your delivery-oriented skills to a wide range of projects and initiatives.
*You'll be a natural problem solver and will skilfully identify and remove barriers to the successful delivery of your projects
*You understand that change is inevitable, and you actually enjoy managing change to deliver great work
*You will have solid knowledge and experience of digital processes and you'll lead multi-discipline teams to drive complex programmes/campaigns to completion based on scope and budget
*You will be adept at costing and planning work streams, will be comfortable developing topline cost and time plans to help shape thinking, and also detailed resource-level cost plans, scopes and schedules to finalise details
*You will understand your role as a mitigator-of-risks, and will be comfortable raising and monitoring risks and issues with your team, and will proactively shape solutions
*Proven experience as an senior project manager or are currently a Digital project director within an agency environment
*A proven track record in the management of risk and project change
*Advanced Excel skills
