This fantastic media owner and broadcaster is looking to bolster it's commercial insight team in the short to long term, due to expansion within the team. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for media research to further advance their research skills within a social, supportive and diverse team. The role will be to start immediately and will run for at least three months, possibly longer.

Key responsibilities of the role:
* Conducting campaign effectiveness research, using both internal and external resources, and ensuring results are fed back accordingly
* Running category and omnibus research on their own panel
* Analysing audience data and marketplace data and ensuring key insights are drawn and findings are delivered in a professional and creative format
* Writing research presentations, case study one-pagers etc that bring the research findings to life
* Helping to develop, populate and maintain their research and marketing portal with case studies, audience and product information and communicate updates to relevant teams around the business
* Creating and maintaining brand and category presentations

Key skills required:
* To be suitable for this role you will need to demonstrate some prior experience in a research role, with a strong focus on quantitative data/data analysis - ideally from within a media owner, media agency or research - this is not an entry level position
* You will be confident in analysing audience and marketplace data and drawing key insight which can be turned into engaging stories and effective presentations
* You will have an engaged, inquisitive and open minded approach to research and analysis
* You will be able to bring research findings to life in a creative and innovative formats
* You will have the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally - an eye for detail is key
* You will have the ability to be self-motivated and capable of using initiative, with the ability to manage simultaneous projects
