Well established integrated agency are looking for a permanent Senior Digital Project Manager with a good understanding of website builds and Customer Experience design to start asap - the Senior Digital Project Manager will work alongside a Programme Director, Integrated Project Director, Business Director and Senior Account Director to manage the delivery of challenging digital projects.
The Senior Digital Project Manager role will mostly cover delivery of strategic experience design projects, using a Kanban process. You will be expected to plan and begin executing projects quickly whilst documenting when and where necessary.
You'll be a champion for Project Management in the agency continually striving to prove its value and assisting the Account Management team to deliver good results. You'll be seen as a beacon of information for the Agile team you'll be working with.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Digital Project Manager include:
-Driving the success of large projects up to £500k;
-Writing Statements of Work and working with Account Management to ensure it's understood and agreed by the client;
-Management of projects ranging from Strategic & UX technicalities for web build, to production of social assets
-Ensuring that plans are adhered to, and when not, escalating issues to the relevant project stakeholders;
-Experienced working with user test driven design;
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
Previous experience in an agency environment having managed large technical projects
A strong desire to deliver innovative, creative solutions
Ability to be comfortable managing multiple disciplines, from Strategy to UX and UX to Tech
Excellent verbal and written skills
Able to communicate with authority with good influencing and negotiating skills
A good understanding of mobile app and website development
Face-to-face experience of working directly with clients
Experience with an Agile methodology
Ideally some experience managing 3rd party production
Please note, the majority of work will not be end-to-end delivery. The right candidate will be comfortable handing off to external development teams.
