My client is an award winning independent healthcare advertising and digital agency, with a belief in intelligent strategy led creativity. This approach promotes an environment for unexpected creativity and innovation, offering their client brands a high level of expertise. My client often works with large pharmaceutical and nutrition companies, taking care or advertising campaigns off and online and also building digital websites and apps, strategic brand planning, video and animation and more all to offer option that drive brands forward digitally.

My client is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with a passion and talent for development personally and professionally as well as an interest in new and emerging technologies. One with an open mind in using such when implementing creative projects from start to finish will be advantageous. If you have a broad range of technical knowledge and aptitude with proven experience of your skill set and expertise delivering quality and robust digital solution with and agency environment, then this is an opportunity to be taken.

Experience & Responsibilities:
*Extensive experience working as a Senior Front End Developer developing scalable web based interfaces
*Experience in leadership and management of junior developers
*Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (technology, marketing and creative/design) together in support of programs and campaigns
*Experience working with non-technical stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of digital projects
*Manage your time to work on Greenfield projects, attend client meetings about new projects - so commercial awareness is important
*Working closely with Technical Lead, Digital Director and Digital Designers to prototype iterate and develop functional user interfaces at low and high fidelity
*Client facing meetings about new projects, regular reviews of current projects, development approach and tolls in use to ensure we are constantly striving for and attaining technical excellence

Skills Required:
*HTML and CSS development skills and familiar with CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS
*Good JavaScript skills - you should be comfortable using Node.js, ES2015/ES6, Vanilla JS, React and AngularJS
*SQL Server Design and Development skills
*A good understanding of web application security and secure development principles
*Familiarity working with common hosting platforms such as AWS, Azure and Heroku
*Experience designing and scripting Continuous Integration processes with platforms like Jenkins
*Experience estimating and planning complex projects
*Familiar with Agile principles and practices and the pragmatic application of these in delivering digital project
*Experience working with Git for source control
