Job Title: UX Architect/Designer
Location: London

Working collaboratively with UX research to architect and design UCD experiences across a range of brands. With large and some small work-streams that require UX design optimisation so willingness to lead on large projects but participation on the small projects is useful. You should be comfortable working in agile/kanban along side Visual Designers, Developers and Product Owners, delivering UX architecture and design, and feel comfortable running workshops, doing guerrilla testing and iterating your designs based upon evidence gathered

To be suitable for this position, you should have demonstrable experience delivering digital products across a diverse range of devices, preferably with solid experience on mobile and touch - and be happy to defend your user-centered design approach.

*Ensure the user experience supports the strategic vision, and is achievable within the technical constraints of the project
*Be able to articulate the importance of modelling content with stakeholders, and facilitate that process
*Assist in facilitating discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to define project objectives
*Use a process of research, design, and validation to create innovative solutions that meet specific business and functional criteria
*Explore and map user needs through audience analysis, user narratives, and process flow diagrams
*Design experiences either from concept or as an iteration on existing platforms
*Work closely with the creative team to develop the vision of the project
*Be able to and willing to prototype - be it on paper, InVision or using a prototyping tool and iterate your ideas
*Be able to sketch, create low and high fidelity wireframes and build simple interactive prototypes
*Produce detailed UX deliverables, as required. These may include user journeys, interaction-flow diagrams, site maps, wireframes, prototypes and UI spec documentation
