We're looking for a UX Designer to work with a new start-up concierge app.
In this role, you'll find yourself:

·Collaborating with PM's, developers, customer insight experts and regular users of our admin systems.
·Creating user journeys, scenarios, IA diagrams, sketches, wireframes and prototypes that can be demonstrated to stakeholders, users and the wider engineering team.
·Getting right into the detail of creating the administration systems needed by our support staff.
·Working with QA to make sure products are usable before launch, through the use of alpha tests, beta tests or any method in your designers toolkit.


An ideal candidate would have a love for the start-up environment and the many challenges which come as part of the territory. We value people who can be flexible in deploying their particular skills to solve problems and who can engage those around them in a positive way. But first and foremost we're looking for a UX Designer who get's hands-on and gets the job done.

We want to meet:

·Have strong commercial experience in creating enterprise-level UX solutions for responsive web, backed up by portfolio examples.
·Can adapt UX research techniques into usable designs which work across desktop and mobile
·Understand how to work in an environment where user experience is shared across a business
·Can communicate design rationale and demonstrate ideas clearly
·Show knowledge of hypothesis-based design methods
·Can create usability test plans and conduct usability test sessions
·Have worked in an agile development environment.
·Can demonstrate a keen sense of how lean business practices can affect the development of a product.
