We're looking for a Senior UX Designer with experience designing and honing online apps and portals, to work with a growing client in the food and dining-out start-up. You'll be working with different stakeholders to reveal underlying requirements to insights, then turn them into a great portal that connects food and dining experiences to different customers.
In this role, you'll find yourself:
·collaborating with PMs, developers, insight experts and regular users of their platform
·creating user journeys, scenarios, IA diagrams, sketches, wireframes and prototypes that can be demonstrated to stakeholders, users and the wider engineering team.
·making sure products are usable before launch, through the use of alpha tests, beta tests or any method in your UCD toolkit.
Who are we looking for?
An ideal candidate would have a love for the start-up environment. First and foremost they're looking for a UX Designer who get's hands-on and gets the job done.
We're interested in people who:
·Have strong commercial experience in creating enterprise-level UX solutions for responsive web, backed up by portfolio examples.
·Can adapt UX research techniques into usable designs which work across desktop and mobile
·Can create usability test plans and conduct usability test sessions
·Have worked in an agile development environment.
·Have experience with conversational interfaces (chat)
