Studio Assistant - London - 24K

This is an amazing opportunity to work within a brilliant communications agency based in London who boasts a portfolio of some of the biggest brand names in the world.

This is an opportunity for a junior professional to really develop into a project manager in time. You will currently be a junior project manager or a studio assistant who is ready to learn from a talented line manager, initially as a studio assistant.

The role will be based in brilliant London offices that house around 200 amazing creative professionals within a collaborative and exciting environment. They have been creating well known advertising campaigns for top brands for well over two decades.

Key day to day responsibilities of the Studio Assistant:
*Work alongside client services, project management and creative teams to help forecast resource requirement needed
*Ensure the team remains consistent throughout the project
*Responsible for presenting workflow meetings on a weekly basis
*Work with internal databases as well as external suppliers to source and book freelance resource needed for projects
*Maintain the freelance database
*Assist in chasing timesheets for freelancers
*Responsibility for tracking studio meetings
*Analyse and present issues or threats to projects

Key requirements of the Studio Assistant:
*Experience within a studio assistant or junior project management role within a creative/comms agency environment
*Solid attention to detail
*Understanding of workflow practices
*Strong proficiency in using Excel and Powerpoint
*The ability to manage stakeholders as well as third parties
