STUDIO MANAGER, LONDON £35k
My client - an internal creative agency are seeking an experienced Studio Manager (print & digital) for a permanent role based in London. Their Web Production team is looking for a dynamic, efficient and highly-organised Studio Manager to ensure the delivery of all commercial digital products.
Ideally you will have Experience using Workfront (or a similar studio management system), Smart Sheets, Google docs, Microsoft Office, with a good knowledge of digital publishing.
*Support the implementation of Workfront - a brand new Campaign Management System
*Ensure the accuracy of dates throughout the pitch to publish process and flagging at-risk campaigns
*Organise workflow, planning and scheduling jobs for copywriters, designers and developers in order to hit deadlines
*Check assets (brief, copy, pics, video, logos) are ready in time for build
*Attend daily production meetings and ensuring excellent communication between all teams
*Project-manage the internal timelines of complex bespoke creative builds
*Review client briefs to advise of best-practice in all areas of digital publishing process.
*Chase print design, digital design and development, picture desk, commissioning editors and subs to ensure prompt delivery of assets and completion of client amends.
*Chase prompt client approval via account managers
*Manage resource levels and the freelance rota
*Assist web team with other ad hoc tasks such as quality control checks, CMS work and SEO research
