Traffic Manager - London - 25 to 35K

Are you a brilliant Traffic manager and do you want to take on the challenge of implementing the role in a dynamic agency?

One of our clients, a thriving agency who recently won a few pitches, is looking for an experienced mid-weight traffic manager. You'll have an overview of all projects in the business and will ensure that everyone is working on the appropriate tasks at any given moment. The role doesn't exist yet. You'll have to create it!

The role will include:
*Planning and finding resources
*Managing freelance bookings and third party suppliers
*Scheduling in work on a daily basis
*Helping Client services deliver projects on time and on budget
*Generating up to date reports and snapshots of all projects and tasks being worked on
*Making sure that the agency's sign-off process is adhered to

Key requirements:
*Outstanding organisational skills.
*Agency experience preferred.
*Small-to-medium size agency experience preferred.
*Prior experience of managing efficient processes in an advertising agency environment is an advantage.
*Excellent people skills.
*Determined and a good communicator, you can address obstacles and find solutions with the tact required from a traffic manager.

Personality will be pivotal!
