Source are currently working with a great new start up, who are an online property platform, who offer a cost effective way of selling your home with a flat fee as opposed to paying high agency fees.

They have their platform, and also agents who operate as a traditional agent would do so alongside them.

There are currently 30 in the London office which is made up of Marketing, Design, Development and Product and are looking to expand further this year.

Still in a very fun and startup type phase, with a real buzz about the place. They have a brilliant culture where everyone gets on and goes for drinks after work on Friday's, so culture fit is really important to these guys.

They're looking for a Mid-Senior UI Designer to work closely alongside the current UX Designer and compliment each others skillset.

The UI Designer would be working across the online platform, as well as developing new concepts within it which could be taken forward. A big part is their mobile site as this is where a lot of their consumers view the platform itself.

The output of work would be UI and visually focused, however an understanding and some knowledge of prototyping, wireframing and research is beneficial; as to collaborate with the UX Designer.

The designer needs to be able to articulate their ideas and concepts to stakeholders, and be able to defend and question at the same time.

If you think your experience and portfolio match up, get in touch! Or refer someone and potentially earn yourself £250!
