This East London Digital Agency is looking for a User Experience Director to work with key clients, taking the lead on the design of their platforms, products and services.

The successful candidate will create digital solutions that align with business objectives, providing strategic vision, consumer insight and actionable recommendations.

You will need to lead the activities, working closely with key stakeholders, the
development team and project managers as well as leading UX and UI Designers to help develop the idea and build upon it.

Current live projects include an app, two products, a website project, and a product campaign. The number of people you'll be leading will vary depending on the number of projects at any one time but is likely to be between two and five.

You'll enjoy:

·Planning and defining experience frameworks by understanding the business strategy, goals and target audience
·Identifying user requirements by researching and analysing user needs
·Coordinating with business, technology and marketing teams
·Running workshops and focus groups
·Projects will vary in from large strategic design challenges, to those that are more tactical and practical.

You should have:

·Experience creating UX deliverables: wireframes, functional specifications, site maps, user journeys, flows, personas, site audits, etc.
·Confidence when communicating, defending ideas, and building consensus
·Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
·Proven experience in leading a team that have taken concepts through to realisation
·Strong understanding of research techniques and analytics tools
·Expert knowledge of current digital trends and best practices to create compelling and efficient digital experiences
