This is the ideal role for someone looking to make a step up to a mid-weight role. We are looking for somebody who is genuinely interested in discovering the truths behind people's actions, someone who wants to map a user's entire journey, across digital media and in the real world.
We need someone who can:
·Help to run UX sessions and workshops
·Understand the value of both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
·Provide ideas on IA including organisational schemes, structure and labelling
·Analyse and extract insights from research findings and craft corresponding customer journeys and experience maps.
·Put together recommendations and requirements based on your findings
·Provide UX ideas through sketching, wireframes and create prototypes that explain UX flows clearly.
·Test ideas with user groups for validation
·Contribute to knowledge sharing in the team
·High attention to detail
·Ability to balance workload in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
·Great communication skills
·Demonstrable experience in product or similar development and user-centred design
·Knowledge of prototyping in solutions such as Invision, Marvel, or UX Pin, and common tools such as Sketch, Omnigraffle, and the Adobe CS Suite
If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, or if you're looking for your next move and want to discuss your options, get in touch.
