Working with a world class Digital Agency who specialize in Strategy, content and technology.

Mid-level UX designer needed that can combine world-class interaction design and information architecture to create fantastic digital products for a number of high-profile clients. Ideally you will be a creative thinker who cares passionately about making everything user-focused. The ideal person will be at mid-weight level with 1 end-to-end project under their belts, with other UX experience in small projects.

*Producing high-quality UX design work from brief through to detailed information architecture, including: personas, user scenarios, wireframes, concept sketches, sitemaps, clickable prototypes and other UX deliverables
*Understanding how audiences interact with services they create, and working in a user-centred way to ensure design work is appropriate for the target audience
*Gathering user needs (through own research work, or by working with other team members) and balancing these with business requirements
*Ensuring design work is technically implementable and developers are kept regularly updated about design progress and any changes that occur throughout the project process
*Giving direction, help and advice to any junior staff or freelancers
*Keeping up to date with any industry developments in digital and design whilst always looking to promote your knowledge with the wider team.

*Expert knowledge of Axure software with ability to create complex prototypes
*A solid understanding of both business and user needs for any project you're working on, and the ability to translate these business and user needs into page layout priorities
*Equally comfortable working independently or collaborating with other designers
*Enough familiarity with html/css to ensure design work is practical and feasible in development time
*Can effectively communicate rationale behind design work both internally and to clients
