My contact at Source is Kristie Aked. She found me on LinkedIn and that proactive nature has been consistent since I came in and met with her. From being in regular contact with work that fits exactly with what she knows I want to be doing, to being aware of my broader skills and sending me on to other colleagues whenever there is relevant work for me. There aren't many recruiters that are so helpful; normally I would have to call in and speak to each person separately. Knowing that if anything comes up she will contact me without my needing to chase her, is fantastic...what more could you ask from a recruiter?
