I joined the Source UX team after 18 months recruiting for our Research & Insights clients. Before joining Source, I worked with Information and Research Professionals in the Corporate Finance and Professional Services sector.  I currently work with Advertising and Media Agencies, as well as global brands, focusing on UX talent, helping UXers to develop their portfolios, expand their professional network and ultimately find the right opportunity for their career development. Working with research and insights teams really showed me how important it is to understand the consumer, so it’s great to now work with our clients on helping them create engaging customer experiences through User-Centred Design (UCD).  It’s an exciting time in the sector, with interesting developments in web and mobile technology, so give me a call if this is your area.   Outside of work, I like to cycle and swim, sometimes in the Serpentine (the swimming, not the cycling).
