The role available is a team lead position which would require the successful candidate to support the leadership of the TV team by managing the day to day running of multiple broadcast accounts with a team of 3, whilst working alongside other team leads to deliver the best broadcast product in market.

The Broadcast team is 25 strong and growing, with a wide range of experience, looking after the whole product end to end. From the pitch and planning, through to line by line trading all the way to PCA and audit throughout the follow broadcast mediums, TV, Video and Sponsorship.


*PRF and Audit management throughout planning and buying stages of all relevant clients
*Trading ability -each deal is traded line by line to maximise the effect of Broadcast for the client.
*Lead the team to be able to buy up to 15 campaigns across the group
*Best in class buying knowledge, across multiple client sectors
*TV Planning including Brand and DRTV
*Obtain media briefs from the client ensuring clear understanding & interpretation of objectives
*Video knowledge across broadcasters as well as DSPs and Exchanges
*Strong Media owner relationships
*Deliver clear, concise planning rationale documents to clients by feeding into client planning teams
*Ensuring all information presented by the team is insightful and factual and of use to the clients
*Lead managers and wider TV team to produce the best in class work
*Build strong relationships with Group Account Directors
*Managing 3-5 people with varied levels of experience in media
*Facilitate and manage time pressured deliverables across multiple clients
*Teach and drive the attention to detail across the whole team
*Finance and reconciliation leadership across group
*PRF & Audit monitoring across clients in group
*Building strong client relationship based around trust and great work
*Upskill the team in all core aspects of their career
*Finding and presenting insightful information to the team and clients
*Building strong client relationship based around trust and great work
*Leading the delivery of the teams external client facing output


*A strong work ethic is important - you will be self-motivated and able to take
the initiative as a leader
*Solid media agency experience
*Proven record of success at delivering bespoke broadcast solutions to clients business and marketing challenges
*You'll be a 'practical' person - a 'doer', someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets the job done with their team. Someone who can prioritise work and deliver to a high standard.
*Great interpersonal skills, be confident speaking to teammates, clients, 3rd parties, and media owners - politely & positively
*You will be a keen motivator and able to lead a team of like minded people
*You will live and breathe media and be an innovative forward-facer always looking to discover and test the best new developments that are right for your clients
