This role will be working at a trailblazing set up, which challenges the traditional agency structure and offers unrivalled career development.

They are looking for an AV Account Manager to join their talented team and work on one of their most important accounts - a huge FMCG client! The majority of the team have worked on the account for 3+ years and been promoted from within, which is testament to the client relationship and career progress available.

You will be joining a top 5 media agency which has established one of the strongest client rosters of any media agency and been awarded numerous industry accolades including Agency Of The Year.

This AV Account Manager role offers the chance to work on a big budget account and whilst getting exposure to all elements of AV planning/ buying from the point of client briefing right through to deliver and auditing, therefore facilitating a very holistic knowledge base.

Key responsibilities:

*To plan exciting, innovative campaigns across all AV channels which incorporate new ideas and draw on insights
*Responsible for all day-to-day client contact. You should be the person the client can trust to always to deliver for them
*To play an active role in coaching more junior members within the team
*Grow the clients understanding of AV through inductions and keeping them updated on market developments
*Work closely with the team lead to ensure commercial targets are hit and objectives set
*Continue to develop relationships with media owners to allow you to explore new opportunities

Key experience / skills:

*A strong understanding of all AV channels - TV, VOD, Cinema and Radio
*Prior experience within an AV role at a media agency or media owner
*Be at the forefront of innovations within AV - have a viewpoint on current market developments
*Strong interpersonal skills - able to help develop the client relationship
*Good people management skills
*Able to contribute and confidently present to clients
