My client is a top 10 network agency which have experienced incredible growth and yet managed to maintain a really strong culture built on collaboration.

They have won some phenomenal pieces of new business, including the largest pitch of last year, and this role will be working on one of the agency's flagship accounts. It offers the opportunity to wield huge budgets, do innovative / exciting work and win awards along the way!

They are looking for a Digital Account Manager, with prior media agency experience, to join their talented team.

If you are keen to benefit from all of the positives which come with being affiliated with being part of a network (such as industry leading training and development and the chance to work on large scale clients) but still have a nice culture in place this could be the perfect opportunity.

Key experience / skills:
*A proven track record in delivering creative and innovative digital media campaigns
*A strong understanding of the digital landscape (display, PPC, mobile, video, programmatic, social)
*An awareness of new opportunities in the market; not just digital, but broader channel developments
*Have a strong knowledge and understanding of campaign performance measurement and be able to optimise towards different KPIs depending on client objectives
*Strong commercial and strategic acumen
*Able to form and develop relationships with both media owners and clients
*Provide support and training for junior team members
Key responsibilities:

*To devise award winning, innovative digital campaigns.
*Responsible for the management and development of two more junior members within the team
*Foster the best possible working relationships with creative agencies, as well as internal agency departments
*To develop confident presentations which successfully tell a story
*Help to further develop the client relationship through day-to-day client contact - identifying client issues and helping to resolve them through excellent problem solving skills
*Be at the forefront of media developments - ensure that you pass on all market intelligence and media insight to your clients
*Take part in face to face client meetings
