This brilliant agency works with clients very closely to strategically help get ahead of their competitors by creating experiences that are simple, seamless and intuitive, ranging from service design to e-commerce and digital retail.
One of this agency's key clients operates a B2B platform, which is looking to significantly drive its revenue growth this year.
I am looking to speak with senior and lead developers, keen in the first instance to join this massive project where the latest in technologies will be implemented, primarily around TypeScript and Angular.
You have excellent all round development aptitude, with particular expertise of front end languages and tools, as well as an active interest in emerging technologies and methodologies.
As a Lead Developer, you will also have a natural flair in transferring such knowledge through leading by example, and coaching, mentoring and giving technical advice to other developers via peer and code reviews.
You will also have the necessary soft skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders for the purposes of facilitating project delivery.
-Expertise in shaping & guiding front end technical architecture for projects
-High knowledge on best practices on team workflow
-Similarly so with HTML & accessibility
-Good understanding & application of Angular 4 & TypeScript
-Solid understanding of build tools & configuration of assets for development, testing & production
-Write testable code for TDD
-Implement high understanding of design patterns, principles & development methodologies such as Agile
-Strong understanding of continuous integration & deployment
-Excellent communication skills & an approachable manner
-Ability to write technical documentation that describes application processes & architecture
-Expertise in the use of task runners, Webpack, Gulp etc.
-Ability & desire to work in distributed & highly collaborative teams
-Willingness & desire to mentor developers, review & provide feedback & guidance on developer code
-Ability to plan architecture for multi-team environment, & to allow for experimentation & innovation in a structured way
