Mid-weight Copywriter - Up to £40,000

My client is a cool Farringdon based agency with a roster of clients predominantly in the financial and technology space. They are a close and collaborative bunch and pride themselves on connecting brands and customers through engaging and creative ideas.

The agency has around 14 people and after a few pitch wins is growing. The first addition they're looking to make is an integrated mid-weight copywriter with experience working on campaigns across financial and fin-tech.

An advertising agency background is important. You need to know how to create advertising concepts, write long copy and headlines, have experience across a range of mediums and have a great understanding of TOV for financial and tech.

The copywriter will be tasked to develop headlines, body copy, long copy and social posts. They will possess the knack to simplify complex products and services into engaging benefit lead copy. This person will also be working closely with the social team to create engaging social posts both for clients and for the promotion of the agency. As there is a small creative team, the writer will also assist in the review of external copy produced for the agency and its clients. You can see that this is a truly collaborative role and requires someone that is happy to work on all types of copy work.

We are looking to speak to a copywriter that ideally comes from an integrated background and has a versatile portfolio that clearly demonstrates experience working on tech and financial clients. You will have incredible attention to detail... not to mention great spelling, grammar and proofing skills.
