UX Designer needed to join a fast-growing fmcg start-up based in East London. They're looking for someone motivated, intelligent and creative as well as able to work autonomously or as part of a team. If successful, you will be joining as the third member in their rapidly growing research and development team. However, you will be the primary UX designer...at least for now!
The company has a real, tangible link not only to our every day lives but also incorporates high quality produce from developing countries.
The role is going to partly involve visiting the client's customers where you will be observing how their products are used. Your observations are then going to be presented as a series of user case scenarios which will then lead to insights, in turn proposing suggestions and the implementation of improvements. These improvements could be to any part of their customer interaction with the company whether it be the app, physical product, packaging, website, marketing or sales interactions.
Ideal experience required:
-Self-starter able to drive projects all the way through to completion
-Proficient in Adobe and able to make presentations
-Experience or interest working in a start-up
-Evidence of a user centred design approach
This opportunity is ideal for a mid-weight UX Designer who is looking to move to a start-up where they are going to be exposed on working projects all the way through to completion.
If this sounds like something that you would be interested in, or you're looking for your next move and would like to discuss other potential options, please get in touch with a copy of your CV and portfolio and we can have a chat.
