Salary: £25-35k

An Agency that started up in 2015 have three offices based in London, Krakow and India. Their London office is based in Shoreditch and consists of 12 people including CEO, PM, Junior PM, couple of Designers, and a marketing person. All the developers are based in their off shore offices. They work mainly with start ups over a range of different industries e.g. sports, travel, B2B and everything in between. They are fanatical about the journey that entails with a start up. They create a website, app, a product essentially to launch the start up. They have a huge passion and energy about start up businesses. They work in an agile environment with a flat structure.

They are looking for someone with the following skills:

Knowledge of creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps
An ability to interpret, follow and create design guidelines and principles for multiple platforms Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Confidence when dealing with customer and internal feedback in an empathetic manner Resourcefulness to cope with difficulties and provide originality when under pressure
An approachable facilitator who can communicate and engage with wide audiences
Experience working in an agile environment using Scrum and Kanban methodologies
Skilled in Sketch and proficient in Adobe tools such as Photoshop & Illustrator

The role includes:

Managing a team of exceedingly good developers to ensure the delivery of high quality products Taking ownership of products and processes to develop and improve the user journey
Planning and running collaborative workshops alongside clients to understand real user needs Developing information architecture, sitemaps and content recommendations
Establishing UI design best practices and processes to ensure consistently high quality
Crafting beautifully executed designs across multiple products in a variety of industries Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions
Taking control of the product direction, visuals and experience through a variety of techniques Shaping the culture of a fast growing company which is always pushing the boundaries
