This role is for a talented and ambitious Paid Social Manager who is looking for the opportunity to make their mark within a growing agency.
The Paid Social Specialist will join a growing team in a client-facing role that is responsible for the planning, activation, optimisation and reporting on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Snapchat.
*Be the lead day-to-day contact for clients
*Build bespoke social campaigns, including: structures, ads, tracking implementation, audience & targeting research, recommendations and implementation.
*Management of existing social account / campaigns with best practice application: budget tracking, bid optimisation, testing, account expansions, financial reconciliation, implementation of process to improve efficiency.
*Advising clients on the correct way to measure campaigns, based on client objectives (e.g. Reach and frequency vs auction, KPI selection, Tracking & attribution)
*Reporting: building and management of standard and ad hoc reports and analysis, post campaign analysis, support on monthly/quarterly reviews
*Assist the wider social team with any ad-hoc activities as required
*Promote an understanding internally, and to the client of how social advertising feeds into the wider media mix
*Support on new business pitches
*Participate in wider agency activities e.g. trends team, wellness team etc to add value across wider business teams
*Immerse yourself within your client's business sector, to identify key opportunities and areas for growth
*Be up to speed with the latest social advertising technologies, targeting & creative options (and knowing how to make best use of them)
*Develop strong relationships with both engines and technology providers to ensure client goals are consistently being met and strategy is innovating
*Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to present well, both internally and to external clients
*Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse large data-sets into meaningful action. Finding/suggesting faster ways of doing things
*Ability to use a range of media technology - Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Power Editor including Bulk Upload, Facebook Custom Audiences. Facebook Audience Insights, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads platform and Twitter Tailored Audiences
*Experience integrating advanced measurement products from Nielsen & Facebook into campaigns
