Social Media Associate Director - up to £50k
My client is a top London media agency with a fantastic client portfolio and a reputation for looking after and developing the people who work there. They're now looking for someone to join their team to work on their flagship account. It's an amazing brand with big budgets and great creative output.
You'll be an integral part of the Paid & Earned team reporting directly into the Head of Social Media and supporting the Group Account Director. This role will be based in the client's office in Surrey for the first six months and then based in the London agency office from thereafter.
You will lead on day-to-day campaigns and always on propositions inc flagship launches, service campaigns, always on, influencers and community management. Plus you will support across strategic development, creative ambition, work processes and will have the opportunity to grow and develop in these areas.
-Execute social media strategy and creative guidelines across all briefs
-Support the GAD and execute briefs, drive agreed campaign propositions, deliver against objectives and report on learnings to drive future success
-Own day-to-day processes
-Help drive efficiency and best practice social
-Be the expert in Social Media, sharing knowledge and helping to educate across the business
-Proven success leading end to end social campaigns and propositions (£100k+)
-Organisational skills with a complex matrix structure
-Excellent stakeholder management
-Proven creative judgement
-Knowledge of digital eco-system and how digital channels integrated with Social
-Knowledge of production processes and lead times
-Excellent knowledge of formats/segmentation across the different social platforms and knowledge of emerging platforms
-Able to work well under pressure
-Experience of tech / premium social brands
-Knowledge of platform analytics and reporting
-Experience of paid/owned/earned measurement framework
-Influencer marketing experience
-Played a key role in award-winning social media campaigns
