Technical producer - 30/35K - East London
Would you like to work for an up and coming agency in the heart of Shoreditch on projects combining tech, experiential and events? Do you have digital background and software development knowledge? If so, we have a great opportunity for you.
One of our clients is looking for a Technical Producer to join its growing team.
You will be responsible for planning and producing the digital, printing, technical design and staffing elements of its events and installations.
*Working closely with the sales team, software developers and clients to ensure project software and/or technical requirements are accurate and product features meet the needs of our clients.
*Developing statements of work.
*Scoping technical and staffing requirements for events & installation and considering setup, live and take down parameters.
*Working closely with the software team -creating software user flow diagrams and compiling software specification spreadsheets.
*Working closely with the design team to ensure software UI/UX mockups are accurate based on the project requirements and client brand.
*Contributing to software review & testing sessions.
*Developing, publishing and using sales & project management tools and documents.
*Taking active part in team meetings on past and upcoming events, ensuring that all processes are always adhered to and improved.
*Leading technical delivery at events on more complex projects.
*Designing, recommending, implementing where appropriate any initiatives and action plans aimed to improve internal processes and procedures.
*Conducting site visits to support on-site activity and delivery.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*A solid background of having worked on technical software projects as well as events - a huge bonus would be if you have experience of linking the two areas
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Business and technical acumen and awareness.
*A technical background in printing, IT, software or AV is highly desirable.
*Problem-solving skills and initiative.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
*The ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships.
*Comfortable managing a fast pace and often shifting projects.
